Send your extension version, Chrome version, the feature you used, the error message and what you expected. A screenshot without private information helps. If the problem depends on one video, include its public Bilibili page link, part and selected format/quality.
Share only what you choose. Do not send passwords, account cookies, payment-card details, license keys or a private video file in the initial request. We may ask for a smaller diagnostic example if necessary. No response-time guarantee is promised.
Common questions
No Bilibili video is open
Choose Explore Bilibili, open a video and reopen BiliFlow. On a supported homepage/feed, BiliFlow can select the first visible non-sponsored video card. You can also paste a video URL. After an extension update, reload the Bilibili page so its page controls use the new code.
Why is a higher quality locked?
Free includes up to 720p, videos up to 15 minutes and seven successful saves per UTC day. PRO or a matching reward pass can grant eligible higher formats. Bilibili login, VIP and region restrictions still apply; BiliFlow cannot grant source access your account does not have. Local processing limits apply to every plan.
The download stopped or never saved
Open Downloads/History and check the job's status. A queued or processing job is not a saved file. BiliFlow counts completion after Chrome confirms the save. Retry fetches fresh source information. Check your internet connection, browser download permissions and available local storage. If the error continues, email the message and selected video quality.
Why does the video still show a watermark?
BiliFlow does not add a visual logo to the media. A mark already embedded in the returned source can remain in the saved video. Changing the filename or remuxing tracks does not remove pixels. Include the video link and exact format when reporting a difference.
AI subtitles or translation need improvement
AI runs locally with a separate first-use model download. Review and edit text/timing before exporting SRT or VTT. Speech recognition and translation can make mistakes. Saved progress and downloaded models can be removed in Subtitle Studio. GPU acceleration depends on browser support and can fall back to CPU.
My purchase or reward is missing
Enter your Gumroad license in the PRO section. Monthly Access grants 30 days and Yearly Pro grants one year; Lifetime VIP has no scheduled expiry after verification. These versions do not auto-renew. If verification fails or access is missing, email your purchase provider, approximate date and error; avoid sending the license key initially.
History and privacy requests
History is stored locally in this browser. Clear it or turn it off in Settings. Downloaded files remain on your PC; active jobs and outstanding settlements remain for recovery. Analytics is optional and off until consent. Turning it off requests deletion of installation analytics and retries if offline.
